Payment and Billing

Subscription Plans

If you purchase a subscription plan, you agree to the following:

Recurring Billing: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) until you cancel.
Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
Monthly Credits: Subscription plans include a monthly credit allocation. These credits are granted at the start of each billing cycle and expire after 30 days. Unused subscription credits do not roll over to the next month.
Price Changes: We may change subscription prices upon reasonable notice. Price changes will take effect at the start of the next billing period.

Credit Packages

Credit packages are one-time purchases available to subscribers who need additional credits beyond their monthly allocation. Credits purchased through credit packages are valid for one year (365 days) from the date of purchase. Unused credits will expire after this period.

Refund Policy

Subscriptions: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period. We generally do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.
Credit Packages: Credit packages are non-refundable once purchased, except as required by applicable law.
Exceptions: If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the service, please contact our support team to discuss your situation.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full credit card information.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, if:
